Our Policy is easy: 30 days! You may choose to return your order up to 30 days after you receive your shipment! If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, let us know. We will do our best to make it right.

To exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order online any time for the item you want in exchange. All exchanges are processed separately as a Return and a Sale.
Returns for all reasons (other than Damage or Incorrect Item Shipped)
- Items can be returned up to 30 Days. Sorry, no returns after 30 days.
- We refund the price of the Merchandise ONLY.
- We do not refund ANY shipping charges. See details below.
- All items must be NEW and UNUSED and in their original packaging.
Returns due to Shipment Damage or Shipment of an Incorrect Item
- You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your shipment (contact us here or use form below) and request a return authorization.
- We must authorize your return or we will not reimburse your shipping costs.
- In certain cases, we may request pictures of the item in question.
- We will require you to pack the item into a shipping box. We will send you a shipping label. Please be sure you pack the item so that it does not become more damaged.
- All defective merchandise is subject to inspection to determine if the issue is a result of a manufacturer's defect, normal wear and tear, or misuse.
- Our 30 day return policy starts from the date your item was delivered. The item must be back in our possession within 30 days from then.
- Returned items must be NEW and UNUSED condition with ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
- When you return your shipment, we are not responsible for carrier damage. Make sure to INSURE your return for LOSS and DAMAGE!
- If postage is higher than the amount we charged you, your return will be reduced by the excess cost we paid to ship your order.
- Example 1: if you purchased $75 in merchandise and want to return it and you selected FREE SHIPPING, lets say USPS charged us $10 to ship the original order, you will receive a refund of $65. NOT $75.
- Example 2: if you purchased $75 in merchandise and you chose to pay and additional fee for 2-5 day shipping, which added $5.30 to your Grand Total. Now you want to return your order. Lets say FedEx charged us $15.30 to ship your order, you will receive a refund of $65 ($75 [merchandise] + $5.30 [additional fee that you already paid] - $15.30 [our actual freight bill] = $64). We will not refund your grand total of $80.30.
Wholesale Purchases Return Policy:
We allow only 3 business days for you to notify of us of damaged goods, so inspect your items ASAP. There is a 10% restocking fee for all returns, so order carefully. All returns must have a RAN on the outside of shipping box, must be unused, in their original packing, insured and be received by us in no more than 30 days from the date you received the order.
